Please be sure you are logged in on CSGCards.com. 1. If you have not created a set, please create a set for the slot you would like to request. (Do Not Use the + at the top of the page) 2. Click on Request new slot. 3. Enter the slot name and certification number and submit. Admins will receive an automated message to review your slot request. Hello, You may manually add this card to your Brett Farve registry set by following the previously sent directions. An Admin will review your request to add the card to the set. Thank you.
