Shipping Concerns

I have never sent in cards for grading to any company.
I'm very concerned about them getting lost/stolen/damaged.
For example, my first submission I would like to send in, (just a few cards), will hopefully end up being worth about $30,000 after grading.
I don't even want to try this with USPS.
I'm thinking FedEx.  $30,000 worth of insurance with them would cost about $350.

It also concerns me to tell the FedEx employee that this little box is worth $30,000.

Maybe then they start asking questions about what's in it.
What do most people do?
Do people usually require a signature from CSG when the package is received by CSG?
Does CSG insure the package that they send back to their customer?
