If it has a CSG label, you can resubmitted through a ReHolder and through the list of services add the subgrade option. I was told I would have to re submit it as if it were raw and pay the full tier price plus subgrades. Their reasoning was that it had to be regraded if you want to add subgrades. better check your info. Which is BS anyways because I was told when I sent the original sub that I would have the option to add subgrades, then they changed their minds about that.
