If I submitted in March and early April and the cards have been input- am I to expect them in the 61 days that was the timeframe when they were input or the new 130 days?

Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. CCG strives to post the most accurate turnaround times possible. However, a variety of factors, including submissions that are improperly packaged, items that require additional research and other circumstances, may result in delays.
