Has anyone been told their submission has been lost?

Mine remains in limbo, but I have confidence when the overload is properly managed, they will surface as they should.

Otherwise, Houston, we have a problem.

I was also told that card show submissions were sent back to the main office via UPS/Fed Ex. I was under the impression that card reps would deliver the cards back after the show.

How can my cards not be accounted for if they are in the warehouse. By now, 3/13 submissions should have surfaced.

So were they mailed back from the show, or hand delivered. Do I get a tracking number if they were mailed? If they were hand delivered, where were they put or scanned into the system.

Please, I need to know where these cards are sooner that later, which has already passed.

Definitely. People need to chill out. We're in unprecedented times in the hobby and CSG has been in the game for less than six months. Everyone needs to take a breath, relax, and be patient.

So if I send in 62 Clemente Cards I should be safe and no problems will occur.  That is my biggest fear is that they lose my order.

youll be find but dont expect a quick turn around , personally for that card i would use sgc for vintage , youll get a bigger return if your looking to sell it then using Csg and thats just facts ..

youll never get a response from csg on that in this thread cause they dont care , youll get the run around and never the answer you want . Your best best is to call the customer service number and see what -script they give you .

These people are the definition of "Bad at what we do" It's the new American way. Being horrible at what you do. CSG ARE THE POSTERBOYS.

They have been completely unable to manage incoming submissions. And deliver anything close to what they sold us.

I sent CSG 16 different submissions in April and May. These submissions were mostly bulk value submissions at $8 per card with a 60 business day "estimated" turnaround time. However 3 were Standard submissions at $25 per card and had an "estimated" turnaround time of 30 days.

Fast forward 70 business days...

I have yet to have a single submission graded by these incompetent A holes. They refuse to acknowledge that they messed up and furthermore refuse to take responsibility and act accordingly.

EACH OF MY 16 SUBMISSIONS IS NOW AT LEAST 20 DAYS OVER THEIR OWN ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIME.

My 3 Standard submissions are all over DOUBLE their estimated turnaround times and 2 of the 3 have not even been entered into their system. This tells me its only going to get closer to a 3x or 4x turnaround time multiplier for those! So I'm looking at a minimum 75 business day turnaround time for submissions I'm forced to pay $25 a card on and that was sold to me as a 30 day turnaround time.

Today, sick of being taken advantage of and hearing excuses from them about how horrible they are at what they do, I called customer service and ensured I spoke to supervisor. I explained how 2-4x multipliers on 30 day submissions is not acceptable and I felt like they should only charge me the bulk value pricing that they actually are delivering.

I was told that this is what is basically, and just to deal with it and that they would not be offering any credit or cancelations for orders they have already received. It didn't matter that their 30 business day estimate has already turned in to 75 days and I'm looking at over 100 days for the 2 submissions that haven't even been opened yet...

These people are hopelessly incompetent and refuse to do right by their customers. In short, they won't be in business long. I would advise you to stay away from this company as they are:

A) Horrible at what they do

B) Hopelessly incompetent at running a business

C) Have absolutely no problem screwing over their customers

D) Have a very short life trajectory as a company so the slabs will be worthless in a couple of years.

People are upset at the expectations that CSG provided. When I sent my cards in on April 2nd they said 31 business days. They were still opening packages from end of February (before they put up that nice tracker to tell us what week they are opening) Being mad when a pizza place said 30 minutes for a pizza and ended up taking 90 minutes. That is the level of miss they had on their "estimates". If they would've said 100 business days I would've changed the cards I sent in. We aren't wrong for being upset. Set realistic expectations and that is what your customers will believe. Don't market 30 business days and say it was over 100 because it was only an estimate.

I agree that many of us feel our cards are somewhat held hostage. As long as they are returned in the same condition they were sent, and graded, I'm willing to wait a bit longer than expected.

But having a discussion about them being lost, is not even an option. Yes I declared a value, but why would we think they are lost. Your Warehouse has security and camera systems, I certainly hope, that would prevent theft. If theft is not the reason, then step 2 should be grade everything as it comes in, before early submissions remain in limbo. I envision a huge pile stacked on top of my March submission. (Cringe)

It seems the priority cards are moving ahead of bulk. Well, the system got flooded with low cost submissions. Not our fault really. Moving the prices up may slow the flow of new submissions, but it seems the warehouse should be divided into 2 sections. The 1st section is early chaos clutter, from the move, the wrong cases, etc. The 2nd section becomes kind of a mess, but better hopefully than the 1st mess.
