They updated economy from 61 to 135 days !!! WOW more than double —how sad

This better apply only to recent orders. This company needs to get its together. Raise prices or shut down to catch up on orders. I’ve got an order that’s been there since early April and I better not have to wait until Christmas to get mine back. One of them is just a single card standard order also I should have gotten weeks ago.

It'll probably be in-between the original turnaround and the updated.

i just want to know if the estimated turnaround times begin when the package is delivered to the facility, or when it is finally opened and acknowledged?

The claim is when they receive the package but folks also claim they've been told differently by CSG employees over the phone.

My Economy Order delivered 4/5, received 6/17 went from being labeled as "received" to "in process".  In process seems to be a new step between received and scheduled for grading.  I really want to like CSG, but man, feels like they're making it up as they go along.

Back to "Received".  They are watching us.... Haha.

my cards were submtted on march 12th  ..... not even in the system yet

Have you called them yet? My submission was from a show that day and still not in the system. Maybe our submissions are hiding together.

Yes I posted express on the box. I still, as of July 14th, have not received my cards. I was told it was because of a delay in thick card holders. When I sent my cards in back in March I was told that thick card grading would begin in April.

I also included screenshots of the other cards I sent in March. As you can see they were put in the system nearly 3 months after I mailed them & after nearly a month in the system they still are not showing up as a valid submission. It says once the reach the "scheduled for grading" they will show up, but they have been "scheduled for grading" since June 17th with zero updates.

I am in the same boat  have a economy  it arrived their 4/6 economy

Had a standard arrive April 15th

However it's been stuck on grading encapsulation imaging for awhile  and I am starting to see people get their bulks back from mid April and they really need to update their turnaround times for people who have sent in stuff  as well as what current  times are because  why the hell pay  standard  or economy  and pay more to csg if bulk is coming  back faster

I dont think so. I've had a bulk order in grading/encapsulation/imaging for like two or three weeks. but yet the seem to really want to orders to be "scheduled for grading" so they can charge but not actually do anything with them beyond that. It seems like a lot of people failed the grading exam and they were placed in a different role. Like documenting the order for grading so they can slap that "scheduled for grading tag on our orders.

They are just struggling and trying to juggle too many things at ounce. There turn around times are not accurate. There customer service seems to be confused to say the least. I’ve talked to them twice. I paid the first time and the second time I was transferred to billing and billing said ummmmmm you have been paid for over a month. They said I’ll make sure there on them ASAP. No movement at all from received in March.

I just got off of the phone with customer service at 10:55 a.m. on 07/21/2021 & I was not very satisfied with the response. My first question was if the posted turn around times were for when the box was received or opened. I was told they based them on when the box was received. Which lead me to my next inquiry.....

She could see that my package was delivered at the end of March & that the box was not opened until June 17th. That one batch off submissions were express, 1 standard, 3 economy & 2 bulk. 145 cards total. When she verified this to me I asked her about turn around times again & why if I sent cards express, with a big EX on the box, that I STILL DO NOT have at least that order? Her response was & I quote "posted turn around times are not guaranteed, they are just an estimate". I then said if I were CSG I would stop posting turn around times that obviously do not mean anything since I have been waiting on an express order now for over 110 days, it just makes the customers angry. Her response to that was, "I will pass your suggestion on to management, have a good day."

These people are the definition of "Bad at what we do" It's the new American way. Being horrible at what you do. CSG ARE THE POSTERBOYS.

They have been completely unable to manage incoming submissions. And deliver anything close to what they sold us.

I sent CSG 16 different submissions in April and May. These submissions were mostly bulk value submissions at $8 per card with a 60 business day "estimated" turnaround time. However 3 were Standard submissions at $25 per card and had an "estimated" turnaround time of 30 days.

Fast forward 70 business days...

I have yet to have a single submission graded by these incompetent A holes. They refuse to acknowledge that they messed up and furthermore refuse to take responsibility and act accordingly.

EACH OF MY 16 SUBMISSIONS IS NOW AT LEAST 20 DAYS OVER THEIR OWN ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIME.

My 3 Standard submissions are all over DOUBLE their estimated turnaround times and 2 of the 3 have not even been entered into their system. This tells me its only going to get closer to a 3x or 4x turnaround time multiplier for those! So I'm looking at a minimum 75 business day turnaround time for submissions I'm forced to pay $25 a card on and that was sold to me as a 30 day turnaround time.

Today, sick of being taken advantage of and hearing excuses from them about how horrible they are at what they do, I called customer service and ensured I spoke to supervisor. I explained how 2-4x multipliers on 30 day submissions is not acceptable and I felt like they should only charge me the bulk value pricing that they actually are delivering.

I was told that this is what is basically, and just to deal with it and that they would not be offering any credit or cancelations for orders they have already received. It didn't matter that their 30 business day estimate has already turned in to 75 days and I'm looking at over 100 days for the 2 submissions that haven't even been opened yet...

These people are hopelessly incompetent and refuse to do right by their customers. In short, they won't be in business long. I would advise you to stay away from this company as they are:

A) Horrible at what they do

B) Hopelessly incompetent at running a business

C) Have absolutely no problem screwing over their customers

D) Have a very short life trajectory as a company so the slabs will be worthless in a couple of years.
