Luke Simpson Posted June 8, 2021 Report Share Posted June 8, 2021 My single card Walkthru order is now 31 business days/43 total days and still has not been entered into the que. Site says 7 business days from the day of receipt. Card was received 4/26 into the warehouse. No response from customer service. My first submission and it's looking like a lost package. I hate that for you bro, paying WK price to not get the service. I've seen other people post on the trading cards that their EX/WK seems to have been passed up as well. I went through many rounds with base level employees until I asked to speak with a supervisor. Supervisor got involved and cards were graded within 2 days.
