how long do cards sit in grading / qc before they move to the next stage

just wanted to see what everyones turn arounds have been when it comes to grading / qc turn arounds , seems like csg doesnt have slabs or something cause im seeing alot of orders being help up do to not having the right slabs and knowing most cards are standard they claim need thicker slabs . I have always been told you have 1 change to make a first impression and i feel csg is droping the ball
