Package arrived last monday with WK clearly written on all edges and sides of the box and not even entered into the system by 5PM today. I understand being busy, but even when contacting customer service and the best answer you get is "Oh well I'll have them look for it" is an absolute slap in the face for someone who is willing to spend thousands on your still unproven service.
