If I buy a CSG graded card on eBay that doesn't have subgrades, can I re-submit the card to CSG to have subgrades added? If so, what would the service type and cost be for that?

Thank you for the response. I'm surprised, I was expecting the reholder fee plus the subgrade fee for something like this.
