Thicker cards

This is definitely the case at least for some orders. When the status of my order disappeared, I emailed customer service to ask about what happened to my submission. This is what they wrote back. I thought it a bit odd since I didn't submit any thicker or odd sized cards, but regardless, this is what I got back. 

"Thank you for enquiring about your recent submission. I see that there are a few cards that need to be encapsulated in our new thicker holders so we are currently holding onto your cards until the thicker holders arrive and we can safely encapsulate them. You should see updates in your submission tracker once these cards are encapsulated. I hope this helps!"
