How current is the Confirm Package Receipt?

I know the submission tracker is behind by about a month, but I just noticed the Confirm Package Receipt option. Is that option current or is there a delay/backlog with that too? If it is current, I’m a little concerned because it’s not showing my package was received and my shipping company shows my submission was delivered 4/5 with signature confirmation.
