Anyone have cards in “Pre Production” ?

My status was at the “Grading” stage however it disappeared today. Called CSG and they are saying my cards are in “Pre Production” the very nice lady I spoke to said they were waiting for thick holders for my thick cards however I did not submit any thick cards 🤦‍♂️
