What do i do if after completing the submission process i realize ive lost one of the cards? Do i just create a new submission form?? Or what is my best option???

Was everything processed? If not, then you can simply restart the form. If everything did process, you can contact CSG customer service about your order by calling 888-274-4723 (toll free) or 941-361-1950, or email service@csgcards.com.
