They are still learning and I’ve had a few hiccups with them hoping CSG will get it sorted out and have a great industry leading reputation(equivalent to PSA). I even have put some of my CSG graded cards in the Superior Fit sleeves (both the thinner and thicker versions) that are made for PSA as well as the sleeves that are made for CGC trading cards.
