CANADIAN with question about sending cards in ((Newbie))
1 1

I have been sending cards to COMC Canada, and then they go down to the USA Headquarters and I have been sending to be graded from there to CSG as its now a service that COMC provides for 'free.'

Why I have never sent directly to CSG is because I dont know how the border works. Do I declare the cards as goods? Do I pay duty at the border for it to go to CSG?

When they are done grading, do I pay duty on the cards coming back to Canada? (likely ((hopefully)) valuable)

Thanks in advance!

I'm new and I'm Canadian as well. I just submitted 30 cards and I will pack them up nicely and send them to the address that is on the packing slip with UPS. I hope that I'm doing it right.

The downfall that I just noticed is that CGS charges 100$ (usd) for shipping back. I wonder why it's so high?

Thank you,
