Hi there. I've just learned that gem mint 9.5s are now gem mint 10s.

Is it possible to get a label upgrade? If so, can you please advise?

Thank you

Hello @Asot10

Thank you for contacting us. You can receive a Gem Mint 10 for your cards if they are sent in for reholdering. All Green Label 9.5s returned for reholdering will be considered for a 10. The green label was used for ALL card submissions until March 27, 2022. At that time we changed labels to the now Black Label. This Black label is used for ALL card submissions. If you look up the certification number HERE like the example below for a CSG Green 9.5 it should automatically be changed to a Gem Mint 10. If this card is returned to us for reholdering it would receive a 10 Black Label Grade.

Please note, this is not a free service. Your cards would need to be sent through the paid reholder service to receive this service. Let us know it you have any other questions.

Thanks for the reply.

In order to submit the card in, I need to register for a membership??

Is there any way I can submit it and pay for the reholder fee without having to register for a membership?
