You can however still make new submissions. The majority of new submissions do not experience any problems with processing or payment through the system. We do not have a confirmed timeline for when we will be entirely completed with the software updates. We thank you for being so patient! Let us know if you have any other questions. Administrator CrystalM CS Posted April 5 Administrator Report Share Posted April 5 Hello, the "received date" now seems to update anytime we update a step in the submission process, so it does not truly reflect the actual received date, rather the last status update.
