Administrator Maribeth Posted March 17 Administrator Report Share Posted March 17 Some aspects of the CSG Registry are affected by the system upgrade such as card scores showing a zero (0) when they should have a score, some cards are not adding to your registry sets but are eligible, new submissions showing as Unknown Item, and some newly graded cards and slot requests are in our list waiting for the update to be completed. Images may not be appearing in newly added cards to inventory as well. It is not necessary to request score corrections for cards showing a zero(0) for a score. We apologize for any delay in adding your cards and for points to update. Our programmers are aware of the these issues and working as quickly as possible to correct them. If you have certification numbers still showing zero, please email registry@CSGcards.com and include the certification number so we may research the problem.
