Label Error 0

I've submitted several orders and received a few label errors.  How do I go about re-submitting these cards to get the label corrected?  Is there a charge?  If this information is provided in the website?  If so, please direct me to the correct area.  Thanks.

Hello! We are so sorry you received mislabeled cards. We do normally ask that you email our customer service team the certification numbers from the cards and the errors that are on the labels so we can note in our system that they are coming back in.
