I haven’t been able to update my card or even get a total amount for my last submission it’s just sitting there and I kinda really sorta want it 😂

Thank you for reaching out to us. I have contacted our IT team to confirm if the online payment method updates are again functional. With the new systems, IT is very busy ensuring everything is back online and working correctly, so getting a reply may take some time. 

In the meantime, I would suggest trying the update feature periodically to check if it is back online. You may know before I do!
