When I try to submit, it tells me to call for pricing..

I have had the same issue. I am logged in with a valid membership so I don't know why it is doing this.

We are currently performing system upgrades that started February 18. Here is some information:

Submissions received at CSG on or after February 18 will not appear on the submission tracking page until March 7, 2023. In addition, credit card payments will not be processed during part of this upgrade period, from February 28 until March 7, 2023.

During this time, submitters can still check to see if a submission has been delivered to CSG by using the Confirm Package Delivery tool.

While submission tracking and credit card payments will be temporarily affected, submitters will experience little to no impact on submission turnaround times. CSG workflows will be unchanged, and over time these upgrades will enable even faster turnaround times, a better billing and payment experience and other improvements.
