When does CSG take payments off cards? 1 1

I wanna send a few packages in throughout April, but want to get them packaged and ready to go, but not send them out right away, will CSG hold from taking payment out until they get the package?

Payments for submissions delivered on March 15, 2022, or later will be due at the time the submission is received.

The submitted cards have been counted and entered in CSG’s computer system along with the submitter information, submission date and requested service(s).

In the next step, a detailed description of each card will be entered in CSG’s computer system (a process commonly called “verification”). The cards will be separated from any paperwork that would identify the submitter and the submission will be prepared for grading.
