Not a complaint.  Love this company and you’re now my exclusive graders.

I have an order that’s been in grading/imaging/qc status for over a week.  Is that typical?  It only took like 2 days with my first order and I figured once I was at this phase it wouldn’t take long for grades to pop and my cards be shipped...

Thank you for your post. The steps in the process can vary depending on the grading tier chosen. Each tier will have a different estimated turnaround time. Some steps of the process may take a bit longer than others so we are not able to provide a specific answer.
