  1. Hello, CSG! I really like CSG's work and the holders, and am going to continue to send more pre-WW2 cards for grading. A quick question: I have a 1933 Goudey Lou Gehrig that came from a scrapbook, so the back of the card is gone. It also has the very bottom of the Goudey banner cut off. Is it even worth sending in to hope for an Authentic Altered grade? Thanks for your time!
  2. Good evening! I really like the new holders! A quick question: does CSG grade and encapsulate 3 1/4 x 5 1/4 cards? I have a 1926-29 Rogers Hornsby exhibit card (post card on the back), but I'm not sure CSG handles oversize cards like this. Thanks for any information!
  3. Hello! I love CSG, but one of the key cards in my Diamond Star HOF collection was returned ungraded with the EV designation. Is it possible to resubmit the card to CSG with a request for an Authentic Altered ("AA") designation? It's an expensive card, yet it's one of the key cards in the collection, so I really want it to match the other Diamond Star cards.
  4. Thank you-- I'm looking forward to seeing the cards (and am sending more). BTW, I not only like how CSG looks in the holder, but I also like how the holders "fit" with PSA holders. In coming months, I plan to send some of my SGC and perhaps Beckett cards to CSG to be "re-holdered."
  5. Hello, CSG! I just got back my first ever CSG order (some 1912 t202 hand cut end panels), and they are GREAT! Thank you! I sent another order of mostly vintage cards (standard service), and they were received on October 28, but they seem to be stuck on 'Scheduled for Grading" for over a week. Should I be worried that there's a problem with one of my card's authenticity or gradeability? BTW, I also sent a bulk order of vintage cards (should be at the post office today), and hope to send another bulk order of 1934 Diamond Stars, but want to see what the three 1934 Diamond Stars (Foxx, Greenberg and P. Waner) look like in the "stuck" order before I send the next bulk order. Thank you! TWtx
  6. Hi! I just did one of my first online submissions (hope to mail it later today), but after I entered the cards and credit card number, I noticed that I made a mistake on the type of card (I put 1921 E121 American Caramel, when it should be 1921 E220 American Caramel). Will CSG catch my mistake and put the right information on the card slab? Is there any way that I can edit the information on the submission form, now that the packing slip has been printed?
