    Shipping question

    Hello, If a shipment is unable to be delivered after 3 delivery attempts, it will be returned to the sender. Once a shipment is returned to CGC and processed through our mail queue, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address and make the necessary reshipping arrangements. Changes to the shipping method and/or address can be made by replying to the RETURNED SHIPMENT email notice. Orders can be shipped to any address of your choosing; a place of business or directly to a FedEx location to be held for pickup.  (Note: FedEx has partnered with Walgreens to offer additional pickup locations. The address for the specific location is required). That said, if you can not normally sign for your packages at home, I would suggest using a FedEx location for your initial submission shipping address instead of your home address. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you!

    Polybag

    Hello, While you can submit these to us in their sealed polybags, we suggest removing them before submitting them. The reason for this is so you can review the condition of the book ahead of time before submitting it. If you do intend to submit this book as is in its bag, please include a written note mentioning you are approving the removal of this bag from the book. Otherwise, we may have to contact you before this can be processed which will delay the submission in-house.
  5. Hello, Thank you for your patience! Please send a COPY of this COA with the book. If the original is needed we will contact you for this. That said, generally we don't notate these on the labels. There are a few exceptions to this when the artists submit the books to us or when an entire collection is being submitted on behalf of the original owner's estate. That said, if we CAN add this to the label our graders will get this done. Unfortunately we will need the book in hand to review. Regards,
  6. Hello @Commensalism, Unfortunately, we would need these cards in hand to review. Please note, we can only grade cards up to 2-5/8” x 3-3/4” in size. If these cards are larger than this they would be rejected from our services. You can read more about the cards we do not grade HERE.
  7. Great question! The posted available custom labels (unless created for a specific event or signing) are available for a minimum of one year after their release. While we do not have a public date of when the new custom labels will be announced yet, rest assured we post about them on our socials, send out emails, and make it known via our news articles when these labels get announced as well as confirm the final date to receive the retired labels.   8. Hello @Evan Haworth, Great question! This pricing should reflect the old pricing according to your account when the order was created. Is rare cases, our automated accounting software will adjust the price automatically to your new rate, but this is not to be expected as the price quoted on the submission form was the agreed upon rate.   9. @Door County Greek, We do not make the signing dates public knowledge until after the event has taken place. This is in case a submission must be postponed because of a signers schedule or if they get sick. After orders have been signed, then the books are processed through a 6-8 week estimated turnaround time in house depending on if they need pressing or not. Thanks for your patience.   11. Hello, The online form is unable to display available grading credits. You will receive your invoice number(s) when your order has been processed. No charges will be processed until your order is received in our facility. Any available member credits will be applied automatically before processing the charge. Sorry for the confusion!

Usually, it takes 5-10 business days after delivery for a submission to show up on a customer's account as received. Because of this, in lieu of a shipping kit, I have added a $25 credit to your account to be applied to your next submission through CGC. I am sorry for the inconvenience.   14. Good question! Yes you would. That said, the premium benefits for our other companies (NGC and PMG) have a different discount rate for the Elite/Premium/Associate level memberships so be sure to check the specific company before making a new submission.
  15. Hello @Vitomac5, Great question! Usually, our automated accounting software bills cards within 1-2 weeks after the submission has been received and is visible on your submission tracking page. This is not a guaranteed timeline though. In some cases, (like when a submission is sent through pressing) the full payment will not be processed until much later. Thanks for your patience.
