    I understand all that. But my question is: is the website accurate that they are still opening packages from May 3rd? I'm not really concerned with how long it's taking, I just want confirmation from CSG that they have my cards.

    Ah, interesting. But that would mean they got an insane amount of submissions. I don't mind the long waits really but I get nervous when they don't acknowledge receipt of my package. I'd feel better if they simply logged the package as received to give me piece of mind.

    Turnaround times has indicated forever that packages received the week of May 3rd are being opened. Is that accurate?
