  3. This seems extremely stupid. What company providing a service doesn't prep before inspection? I worked NDE for over 17 years. This would be like asking the welder or the company I was inspecting welds for to do all my prep work for me. If CSG doesn't wipe, clean, prep, whatever description you want to use and just takes card from sleeve and holder to microscope that's horrible service!!!!
  4. So I paid to be a "premium" member at 39 days economy turnaround time. I see 102 days now with no warning. The fball season will be over!! Less than impressed. Wish I could get my cards and money back!!! I'll probably get underwhelming grades as a bonus kick in the teeth. Hello SGC from here on!! 20-26 days and no membership fees for a "premium" customer. Terrible service you are running here
