value We don't know the value of our card, and therefore don't know which grading submission to pick. What do I do?

We have a 1986 Topps 161 Jerry Rice Rookie Card which (to my eyes) looks to be in mint condition. I've seen prices range widely on what it sells for so I do not know what submission type to submit it for. Is there a person we contact before sending the card to pick the right submission? (Scratches in picture are to the case, this card was put into this case immediately after purchase)
