    I'm am tired of hearing "Turnaround times are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed" - Estimates should be close not 2-4 times what you are saying. What you are saying is a joke. The other thing is you systems are pretty bad (to be nice). Why do I have to put my tracking number in your system to find my order. Your system should tie the package received with the order in house. Look at how HGA does it - I know where my cards are even step of the way. What are YOU doing for your customers???? On a recent order with another grading company they were late on my order by only a week and they gave me a credit on my next order - now that is customer service. Trust me you are losing long term customers but I'm not sure you care.
