    How did you look up your submission? I am using the submission tracking feature but the bar code number on my packing slip doesn't seem to work. It starts with CSG and then there are 10 numbers after it.

    I see my USPS package was left at the post office in Sarasota and says available for pickup. Does this mean that it’s waiting for a CSG staff to come and get it and then scan it to show it has been received? How does this typically work with the PO Box location?

    I just asked this but how do they know which box is bulk and which box is economy? I submitted an economy order and the turn around time is way less than bulk.
