I've sent in 2 bulk orders with them and it's taking too long for them to let me know that I've submitted the cards and they have received it. It's been almost 2 weeks and 3 weeks and I've received no information as far as if it was received. Also like the other person said once you press submit the document goes away and there is not record for you. You cannot go back and confirm it , its kind of scary to be in my position right now
