  1. My sub was received 3/31 and i was charged early June. Still no update!!!
  2. We understand nothing is guaranteed but group subs are going back a lot faster then individual subs. Mine was marked recieved 3/31. Any info would be great!
  3. I've been stuck in the grading phase for well over a month now.
  4. They are just struggling and trying to juggle too many things at ounce. There turn around times are not accurate. There customer service seems to be confused to say the least. I’ve talked to them twice. I paid the first time and the second time I was transferred to billing and billing said ummmmmm you have been paid for over a month. They said I’ll make sure there on them ASAP. No movement at all from received in March.
