    Delay is a small understatement; one of the orders we are going on 2 weeks with out the photos being uploaded.

    2 of my three orders that I have received back do not have photos loaded when you go to look at the cards online and they have been like this for weeks. What is going on over at CSG? Things are moving like tortoise for individual submissions; they need to get things in check before people start to think twice on submissions; I already cancelled my auto-renew.
