  1. I received an invoice via e-mail, and I would like to pay using my credit card online. Is this not an option? Do I need to mail the invoice back to you?
  2. That's great. My standard submission delivered 3/30 has not been entered in the system.
  3. March 30th delivered standard order - still nothing.
  4. Standard order received March 30th - still nothing! Seems like some bulk orders are getting through quicker than my standard order which is frustrating.

  6. Well, I'm done with CSG now. Maybe next time you open a service - be ready to actually provide said service in a reasonable amount of time. I gave it a shot - not happy at all. 3/30 standard order - still not acknowledged.
  7. CSG received my submission on the 30th and no acknowledgement yet. If they're already this far behind, drop the bulk submission options until they can catch up. I want to send in more things to grade, but I'm not thrilled with this whole my package sitting there for a month with absolutely no acknowledgement that it's there thing.
  8. Is there a difference in the time it takes to acknowledge the package with the Regular + service levels vs the economy levels?
