  1. Mine just shipped today (June 16th). Looks like they didn't grade one of the 4 and they KILLED me on 2 of the 3. Putting it mildly, not going to be returning as a customer.
  2. yep. i hope the people at the company are actually watching these boards. I am on biz day 57 on my standard submission. site says 47 biz day turnaround. not.
  3. I will never use CSG again after I get these things back some day.
  4. I joined in march with the submission credits. I have been waiting and waiting for cards to turn around and got several invoices this morning saying saying I owed a bunch of money. Called the accounting department, and it seems that the credit was not applied, so that my order had been on hold all this time. I told person on phone that this was a ridiculous system and she told me it was a very good system. Great. So transferred to customer service who confirmed that was the hold up and when I went though this complaint, he told me that he had heard the same complaint from many other people and had forwarded it to management, who (evidently) have not done anything about it. Here is the kicker: this is the same way they do it with all their departments, e.g., comic books. So, this same idiotic problem runs through the entire problem. You think maybe they'd want to fix this? My experience with CSG so far has been a 0/10. I'm dreading to see what the grades on my cards are at this point.
  5. My 3/14 submissions have had changed status, but they have not actually seemed to move forward.
  6. i also have a package they received 3/24 with no sign of life, so i sort of doubt their excuse.
  7. what they are saying is that you might see the order logged because of that, but they will not grade the standard order cards at same time as the express
  8. Customer service has a new clarification from management: The turn times are supposed to be based on day received NOT the day logged. Customer service person said there was a clarification received this week. Supposedly, packages received on specific days are filed away per day. So if USPS says the got package on 3/24 (my date), the turn date should be X business days (depending on service level) from then. She also said that this notion that putting one express order in same box with rest will not change the turn time on the non-express cards. The box will indeed be opened earlier, but only the ones that you paid more for will be done more quickly. We'll see if any of this turns out to be true...
