  1. Got a batch of Gem 10 (formerly Gem 9.5) back today. Wasn't thrilled about paying $8 per card including the $5 fee plus shipping. However, I was very impressed with the quality and look of the new labels and I do like the 10 vs 9.5. Whether there is any real resale value added TBD but for PC and long-term hold cards they are in my opinion a big upgrade.
  2. Might be helpful for CSG to do FAQ on this. The 9.5, 10 clarity will be important for determining what to send in for reholder. But new labels and system should help CSG loyal customers and may help with resale value compared especially to PSA.
  3. Bulk order from March got holder message but the cards needing larger holders are the same as the ones they say are already done. I am not in a hurry.
  4. My first submission was economy received March 9. CSG completed today and package is on the way. Images and grades posted. Very timely, thank you!!
  5. Mine were received 3/10 and not logged as of 3/31.
  6. I agree CSG should be transparent to what are mostly new customers. I have a submission received March 10 that still isn’t entered in the CSG system. So that means AT LEAST 3-4 weeks on top of the stated turnaround time. Just be honest with people and it will go better here as you begin.
  7. My submission was received by CSG March 9 according to USPS. I have called multiple times and have no answer as to whether CSG has my package and when they will post it. This of course raises the further question of when the clock starts for turnaround time.
