The Submission# is 2401035700. It's in shipped status but when I try to click add card I get this message : " This card is not in the CSG database. Are you sure that you entered the correct number?"

Hello, I had a submission move to ship stage and when I hit " add card " to add to the CSG registry it says that it does not recognize the card. Do you know how long it takes? Thanks for your help.

My membership was just renewed and I believe I get a credit of $140-150 to use towards orders? I placed another submission since my membership was renewed and it did'nt give me the option to use a credit. How does that work? Thanks!

Has anyone else been waiting? My order went into finalized stage almost 2 weeks ago and has'nt changed. I heard that they changed their systems which is causing delays.

My submissions ( 2 bulk orders) , just entered " scheduled for grading" status and was wondering from peoples experiences how much longer until it gets to the next step. Thanks!

I have a bulk order that was rec'd 3/15 and went into received status on 4/12. Hope yours get's checked in soon!

I sent 60-70 cards in bulk delivered on 3/15 and it has'nt been logged as of yet. From what it sounds like they must've got bombed with submissions. They have very nice, easy to reach customer service so Im not too worried yet.

Customer service just emailed me that they are on the week of 3/15 now

I feel a little better knowing that it's not just my order. Delivered on 3/15, on 3/18 cust service said working on 3/8 orders and no updates as of today 3/29. They must've gotten flooded, but it would be nice to know that the box is in their hands.
