    My order was marked as received yesterday 5/17/21. i also received an email about it. Mine was delivered and signed for on 3/31/21

    My box with 3 card economy and 2 cards standard, all with subs, logged in today. Ship date with fedex was 3/29/21. Arrived and signed 3/31/21 Received by CSG 5/17/21

    It might mean the package was accepted at the facility, but it takes several weeks for the cards to be "scanned as accepted". What service did you purchase? My cards have been at the facility since march 31. I believe they are still working on opening packages from the week of March 29.

    5504 Communications Pkwy? I thought its 5501? Its up to you what carrier you want to use, just make sure you pay for signature delivery. I used FedEx as I am an employee and get a hefty discount.     Alright making some progress! Mine was received March 31, so hopefully it will be checked in before end of 1st week of May.

    any movement on 3/15-3/19 dates? I called last tuesday and the lady said they were working on 3/15.

    I would hope so. mine was delivered by FedEx, and signed for by M. Marks on March 31st.

    I am happy to hear that, I sent mine on March 29 with fedex, it was delivered and signed for on March 31. Hopefully will get entered by the end of next week.

    Thank you for the reply! I have to be honest, the submission email was in spam folder and it explained the process in that email. I just realized that last night, but thank you for answering my question!

    Hi guys I just submitted my form online, and it didn't ask or notify me if I wanted to use the $150 credit from the premium membership. Is this automatically applied when my credit card is billed? Thanks!
