  1. I spoke with someone yesterday. You are correct; if there are cards 55pt or greater the order is on hold. The good news is that all other cards in the orders have been graded and slabbed. Once the 'larger' blanks come in they will be finishing the orders. While I had someone's ear at CSG I suggested someone communicate to all customers what is going on. Transparency and communication go a long way; especially with a new company that is still building trust with its customers. What do I know, though?
  2. I had a single Prizm on the first order and two on the second. The status of both has reappeared. Back to grading/QC. No grades when I open to look at order. Do we pay prior to grading of the cards? My rep told me we pay after grading has finished. This is all so odd. The lack of communication is not helping. Has anyone seen a mod answer any questions lately? Radio silence seems to be the MO.
  3. I also found another thread where an admin stated they were able to handle cards up to 7.5mm thickness. That would be over 210pt if I am not mistaken. Conflicting information? Or am I reading this wrong?
  4. In another thread you stated on 4/7 that CSG was accepting cards with up to 7.5mm thickness. Can you clarify your current statement or correct the other? Thanks!
  5. I had the same thing happen and was told they need larger cases for my cards. Two submissions this has happened on. I have already paid in full for both. No communication whatsoever. I had to reach out to find out what is going on. I sent in standard sized cards. I am wondering if they have already ran out of materials to slab cards. I would also question their turn around times if they are relying on third party suppliers to keep things moving on schedule. A little more transparency would be nice. I would also suggest changing the way you enter cards on the web site. Those drop downs take so much time to navigate. Thanks!
  6. I have two submissions that are both paid in full. I assume this means they have been graded and are ready to ship? There is no status information on either, no grades when I open the submission, and they have been like this for a few weeks now. I called CS and was told that you guys do not currently have holders for the size of cards I sent in. I sent in regular thickness cards and a few that may be 55pt (would be the absolute thickest since I knew you were not accepting 'thick' cards). Can you explain to me what you are waiting for and why I would have been charged if you have not completed the order? Thanks, Scott
  7. Will you be offering services to grade oversized cards? For instance; I have a 2020 Bowman Draft Box Topper that I would like graded. Thanks!
