  1. Yea, I think when I submitted the bulk turnaround time was listed as 41 days. Keep in mind though those are “working” days which I’m assuming are Monday-Friday.

I know there has been a ton of questions regarding how long CSG is taking to complete bulk orders, so having my recent 50 card bulk order moved to "Shipped" status, I wanted to put this info out there as reference. Date package was dropped off at CSG facility per USPS tracking: 3/24/2021 Date order was marked as "Received" in CSG Submission Tracking: 5/20/2021 Date order was marked as "Imaging/Grading" in CSG Submission Tracking: 7/15/2021 Date order was marked as "Shipped" in CSG Submission Tracking: 8/12/2021 This order stayed in "Received" status for approximately 7-8 weeks before it moved over to "Grading" status. Once it hit "Grading" status, it moved through to "Shipped" in about 4 weeks. Per the USPS tracking # provided by CSG, the package should be delivered on 8/16/2021.
  3. I spoke with CSG customer service today and was told they are still working on orders that were received the week of 3/15/2021.
  4. I agree. At this point I wish I would have just put my cards in the safe and held out for PSA.
  5. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I’ve got an order in that was received on March 24th and still hasn’t entered their system....
  6. Thanks for the reply. I was just hoping they had a similar system as PSA to where at least they acknowledge they have received your package, even though it hasn't been logged in their system yet.
  7. I sent an order to CSG back in mid March via USPS and the tracking # shows it as "Received" on March 24th. It is still not logged in their system. Also, when I put the tracking # into the "Confirm Package Receipt" box on the CSG website, it states that my package has not been received (see below). Is anyone else having this issue? Please tell me it's not just me......
  8. Man, I thought the same thing at first, but it’s grown on me. I don’t mind it.
  9. Surprised the pricing didn’t increase along with the turnaround times....that’ll come next...
