    I strongly agree with the fact that their customer service is almost non existent. Sometimes it took 4-5 days to get a response and sometimes nothing at all. I was very impressed to see how fast the CSG reps responded to my questions both via email and facebook message. Hope they keep it up.

    I need to get my cards graded asap and I cannot afford to waste 2 months even after paying $100/card. Very glad CSG came to the rescue. Hope they take over soon. Waiting for that day. Go CSG!
