  1. Well I'll be darn, I just went to the service & fees page and noticed the announcment below Didn't know they were doing that now, awesome! Now opening submissions delivered the week of March 15, 2021.
  2. Yea I had 5 orders delivered to PSA during first week of March and they all finally got entered 4/19-4/26. CSG just came out the gate and got slammed. Not their fault completely since they couldn't predict PSA shutting down and having an avalanche of cards sent their way. I just think its ironic & frustrating that all the "big experienced companies" are failing miserably at communicating with their customers and keeping things flowing efficiently but some random dude in Tennessee with no grading experience starts a grading company and is seemingly more organized, better prepared, and a thousand times better about communicating with his customer base. At the very least CSG could start by putting out a weekly update on what week shipments they are processing. I mean they are already getting dozens of inquiries per day which is taking up valuable employee time. Why not just publicly announce on social media or the front page of the website for example: "We are currently working on checking in packages from March 22-26" so everybody can stop wondering and asking?
  3. Yo CSG did you not learn anything from the PSA disaster? My 1st order has been sitting at CSG for over 5 WEEKS waiting to be checked in. That is WORSE than PSA has ever been!! I've tried to be very patient and hold my tongue, I'm used to waiting now.. I have over 10 orders at PSA going back to JUNE 2020! LOL I'm cool with waiting, I just want a little TRANSPARENCY upfront or UPDATES on wtf is going on. HGA is the ONLY company that is doing a somewhat decent job of managing orders in a timely manner and providing updates weekly. That's what pisses me off the most, its like you see what a failure PSA has been lately and instead of doing things DIFFERENTLY you do THE EXACT SAME THING! "Hey we are about to raise rates, get those orders in! Oh yea we are really backed up too, so it will be a long time before we get to them! THANKS!" Fricking insufficiently_thoughtful_persons Just call yourself PSA 2.0 and be done with it. K rant over. Try to innovate and do things different (like HGA), stop following in the footsteps of P.lease S.ubmit A.gain.
  4. I was so excited when I got my first CSG slab from Ebay and saw how high quality and clear the slab was. The label took a bit of getting used to but I'm totally cool with it now and starting to really like it. I submitted my first bulk order almost a month ago exactly, it still hasn't been checked in. I also submitted a Walkthrough that was checked in on 4/13 and scheduled for grading. I completely understand you guys had no way of knowing PSA would shut down and are trying to handle the huge influx of orders. I've got over 1000 cards sitting at PSA for over 8 months now, so I'm using to waiting. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication with delays. You guys are following in PSA"s footsteps to at tee when you should be watching HGA and seeing how they are handling things. You guys have to get in front of this avalanche before you are backed up for 8-10 months too. CSG slabs are great but I'm not sure if a new company can handle customers being impatient and pissed off like PSA can. People are sick of PSA but put up with the delays and games because their slabs command the highest resale value. You need to update customers on what dates you are currently getting checked in without them having to call. You should consider putting limits in place when capacity is pushed to its max (ex: 100 cards per month per customer). Or even raise rates after a certain amount. There are all kinds of options to throttle the influx. Being more transparent and upfront with all of this goes a long way. I'm becoming more and more hesitant to send in cards because honestly at this point I think bulk orders could take 6-8 months to get back. We have no idea what to expect. This sounds like a lot of complaining which I guess it is but I really want you guys to be successful because I am sick and tired of dealing with PSA and don't want to have to go through the same things again when in my mind as a business owner these issues could be resolved or at least worked out over time.
  5. Sent in my first sub this week. So glad there are more options now for grading companies and I don't have to pay $100/card to *other* big graders and wait 3-4 months to get cards back!!! GO CSG!
