  1. @Matt G My submission went from grading/quality control to blank. I called customer service but they told me it's in shipping and couldn't help me. Matt can you tell me where my submission is? Thanks
  2. This BRAND NEW BUSINESS name CSG is open to feedback by creating a wide open forum right from the get go. They understand the power of social media and connection. I personally have submitted 55 cards to CSG. I trust their business model and credibility. Yes, I am watching diligently how they handle these first four orders, but I am openly helping them with feedback and not judging.
  3. I have never seen a new business unit be perfect off the bat. They have created jobs for people and newer people are now learning this business. But they will get it correct, CSG has the credibility and will be a player.
  4. @Matt G - Yep I do mark the boxes. I have a unlimited WK 2 day that still hasn't been received that delivered to y'all the 19th. I appreciate all your guys hard work. I am sure it will all get smoothed out but 6 days on a walkthrough with it written all over the box is a bit much correct?

  6. Same basic size. Rounded edges and clean clear look. I would say a bit thinner than BGS a bit thicker than PSA.
  7. Good morning, It is clear you folks are rockin right now, but it seems as though your 2 Day Walkthrough isn't getting entered into the system for almost a week after Delivery. Is this accurate and can we get some more information for turn around times? This is the same problem PSA was dealing with around communication I believe. Thanks!
