  1. Then they are nowhere near hitting those turnaround times. Also this is a change from their original position, see article you cited from 5/6. I've spoken to customer service on a few occasions and they had informed me that the clock starts once the order was added to their system, which was much later than when they "received" the cards.
  2. Pretty sure it is the May 20th date.
  3. May 20th would be your start date I believe
  4. Good question. I've had 20 cards in the "Grading/Quality Control" category for approx. 2 weeks. Was wondering if that is when the turnaround time starts to be counted. I figured once it hit the "Grading" stage, they would be graded in a week.
  5. I always get sub grades. The one interesting thing with these CSG grades is how low across the board the Surface sub-grades are. Even cards that are brand new going from pack to sleeve. Even the ones on Ebay and myslab seem to have the same issue. Wonder how they arrive at that grade and if there isn't something that is breaking down in the analysis.
  6. Mine was received by CSG on March 19th. Still not entered into their system. I get why they don't enter into the system right away (Then Service Level clock would start), but I don't see the point in ever sending something in Express if it takes a month or more to just log them in.
  7. They received cards from me on March 19th. Still not entered into their system. Told turnaround time starts only when they enter them into the system. Probably shouldn't have paid for Express lol.
