    this. i tried tons of different products on other cases before i realized it was the inside that was scuffed. on this book some of the smaller dust looking marks were able to be cleaned off but the main marks went nowhere.

    first order back after the new return policy. looks like they aren't even going to pretend to care. camera has a hard time capturing the scuffing, it trys to auto focus on the comic or the lighting. but they generally look worse in person. the star wars book had a damaged comic, scuffing, and newton rings. i feel like i hit the trifecta.

    soooooo, acceptable? 8 out of 10 in this order had about this level of scuffing. i'm done.

    this one is a scratch, but the first one clearly has a piece of plastic in it, and was deemed to be not outside the tolerances for imperfections. also its well within the 14 day time frame.....

    Most look like its on the outside, some look like they might be on the inside. I tried wiping them off with no luck, so i ordered some plastic cleaning stuff to see if that will do the trick. Its frustrating enough to have to send submissions back for ME (my last one took close to three months), but now they are just saying no, it kind of left me dumbfounded.

    Just got an email this morning stating these defects fall into the acceptable range and dont qualify for ME reholder.

    I have to send a few slabs back that got damaged in transit, so i was wondering can i add a second order in the same box to save on shipping? thanks in advance!

    I just noticed a mislabeled slab in the submission i got back last week, but i wanted to get a second opinion before i wrote to cs. i believe this card to be a red parallel as i thought the white diamonds were numbered to 125, but im not 100% sure so any help would be appreciated.

    Delivered march 23 received April 24 shipped July 22 almost 4 months exactly, only a few more weeks than anticipated. still good seeing as my oldest psa order just entered month 14.

    Got my first 50 card bulk order back today, all basketball from 1990-2020. 1 pristine 10 22 9.5 23 9 2 8.5 1 8 and 1 5.5 all grades look accurate, i just cant believe i missed the surface issues on the 5.5.
